Just a note: the cyclops spawn when the adventuring team defeats their cyclops, so they can call when it goes down so your boss-room teams don't get got by the sudden spawns.

One helpful addition: The cyclopses spawn for the stay team when the adventure team kills theirs, so the latter can call out when the stay team can expect them to appear.

Datto says to head left first in the second encounter, but my team actually found it easier to head right, this is because the barrier hobgoblins spawn in the hallways that are clockwise of the points that they walk to. Some people were struggling to kill the hobgoblins before the waves of immune enemies started to spawn, but by going counter-clockwise, you will encounter the hobgoblins earlier, which gives you a greater timespan to kill them.

On the third encounter, the strat we found worked best for us was having two more runners that would run after picking up 5 motes, so that we always had someone with the Enlightened buff at the relay. The third person on mote team would stay back and kill ads/supplicants/the mote Minotaur, and would be the designated one to swap out if the boss went for a 4th “puke”. We didn’t have a death the entire run doing this.

correction at 16:46 supplicants spawn based on the Consecrated Mind eyes/voltaic overflow job, not when motes are banked. I haven't done extensive enough testing to know exactly when they spawn (basically what exactly is the trigger for them to spawn? completing it successfully, voltaic overflow spawning at all, idk)

One thing to bear in mind, for the first encounter and probably the 3rd encounter you can shield with sentinel to pick up a second charge, like morgeth once you have 2 you can pick up as many as you want until the timer runs out then repeat.

For the Second Encounter with the relays on the four corners. Datto says to go left and work your way around. From what my group found going right is better as the barrier hobgoblins spawn in-between the 2 corners going counter-clockwise around from start. This will allow you to tackle them before you have to deal with the angelic for each corner.

Genesis works on white shields! So if you are on team gambit and have good ammo management you will be able to defend a relay without reloads. (you probably still need to pick up ammo on energy weapons, cause i don't think it will regen)

For the 3rd encounter boss eyes or whatever, you can easily solo it with a sniper. I use a 90 rpm/Erianas vow if u don’t have a 90 rpm sniper and it one shots the eyes.

What my team did for the second part is this. Had the same 4 people who stay at there sides and the 2 floaters. But instead of having the people all go left. We had 2 go left and 2 go right. Clearing the ads at the left and right, along with linking those 2. Then one from each of those teams would go to the final end to get that one set up.

I think it’s worth noting why we split the motes up 10 a piece. Because it seems that if any player that deposits motes has less than ten for example 17, 10, 3, damage phase won’t start because one player didn’t have over 10 motes. So be sure that all your mote carriers have 10 motes or more

ive seen a little exploit where if youre playing a void titan, you can use your super and block with your shield to pick up a second charge without dying, then with voltaic overload x2 you can pick up charges indefinitely without dying until the timer runs out. Definitely a bug, but its nifty to only need one person to pick up the charges. Also helps to use ursa furiosa cuz itll give you about 80% of your super back

Here after Beyond Light launch. Some notes: 1. Stasis is WONDERFUL for ad control, especially after 1at encounter. Time supers/grenades after running out of buffs to give 2nd encounter roamers and 3rd encounter more runners extra time to cover ground and get buffed 2. Love Cloudstrike on bosses. And with rally barricades? Magnifico! 3. Divinity runs still suck 😑 4. Shooting eye pre-DPS on 3rd encounter sometimes don't connect when shooting inner/outer, causing wipeage. Annoying, especially after your 4th wipe😫😵😡🤬 5. Final boss glitch is immaculate....until you're out of ammo😫 6. I miss Recluse. Like A LOT. Like your grandma that'd spoil you with cookies and milkshakes after school. I also miss the combo AR/SMG mods. More like the one fun older cousin you'll only see at graduations or cookouts. All in all, a better experience in BL compares to SK, but still my least favorite raid.
