At exactly 5 minutes how to you get health back. There were no orbs on the ground around you, you didn't create any new ones (and if you did they wouldn't have spawned on top of you) and ember of resolve works on ignitions but not weapon ignitions

I’m using the Calus Mini Tool with Unrelenting. So, when I defeat multiple targets it will proc and restore 65 HP. :)
