The thing i find most annoying isnthat theyve had plenty of time tonadd somethig ni nto use up the legendary shards but just have chosen not to. I have 8k of the damnthings, 600 raid banners for sone one who raids like once a year, and like 4k phantasm things. Why can I only buy cores with prisms?!

So do you claim the bounties right away into the new season or do you turn them in after you get the seasonal artifact? New player trying to understand this 😅

You usually get the artifact pretty quickly when new pieces of Destiny content launch, but i'd probably wait to get it on your character. Usually like the first mission or something.

Not sure what you mean by this. Any bounty from seasons from this year are going away and will be removed from your inventory completed or not. seasonal challenges also do not carry over and cannot be claimed next season. The only thing you will continue to have access to are the rewards from previous seasons. There is a website which allows you to claim any unclaimed rewards from every single past season all the way back to season of undying.

There are two Moon weekly bounties that don’t say XP++ - the one for doing the 3 lost sectors, for example. Do those still give XP++ even though it doesn’t say it?

The HELM itself is almost certainly staying as an actual location, but every expansion all the seasonal vendors go away to make room for the new ones. He's talking about the vendors, not the actual HELM.

Moon bounties have been confirmed to work even if they don’t show it. Helm stuff will all be reset for the new year so I would not keep those.

@@SleepyPumkin2007 the repeatable bounties from Zavala Shaxx and Drifter as well as the 120 bright dust that they give for doing 8 bounties for them when you get your pinnacle drop. That's 500+ bright dust from them each week. More if you keep doing the repeatable ones when on. That means another push to get us to spend real money in eververse. Sorry but I spend £70 each year on the game and I'm not a fan of in game shops.

@@emmacjw so with final shape the ritual bounty system is being changed to the new Pathfinder system which will be replacing their bounties and will most likely have bright dust, plus the episode will have 200 total levels for the pass thats broken up to 100 from launch, 3 weeks later the next 50 will be available with act 2 and 3 weeks after that act 3 with the last 50 levels, so i'd say theres a good chance we'll be seeing more bright dust but thats just my own theory

Im new to destiny 2 got the dlcs free from ps+ so gave it a try, im done with witch queen and beyond light, ive yet to play lightfall, done with most braves but got loads of quest in helm should i clear them first? Any suggestion is fine by me. Thanks inadvance.

This is just my opinion ❤️ Don’t worry about prepping as a new light player. Just enjoy the game now and don’t do anything that will bore you. Bounty prepping is mainly used to get a head start on prepping for the day one raid. For now just do your quests and if you have time you can pick up weekly and daily bounties. Also if you do not have the season pass leveled up to 100, turn in your bounties to max it out before you start saving bounties.

@@ahmad102030 Thanks a lot. Havent done any raids yet cause trying to learn different subclass unlocked statis very recent and season pass is already 100 . To be honest, I'm not much of a pvp, I Enjoyed Vanguard mode a lot so been playing that. Also another thing is that, i played Warframe and i love grinding thats why I gave this game a try Jazak Allahu Khairan ❤

Those quests in the HELM are the seasonal quests for the past year's 4 seasons. They can be a bit lengthy (like ~50 steps per quest chain) but they contain 90% of the lore and story content for Lightfall and they will be getting vaulted once the Final Shape drops. So if you, like me, enjoy stuff like that be sure to knock them out. Much better use of your time than bounty prepping imo. Also, at least the Season of the Wish quest line from Riven has the exotic bow Wish Keeper tied to it. Ebontis has posted weekly guides throughout the year for all of those quest lines in case you get stuck. Good luck!

You should go through the current expansions story, because they are going to go away. That's into the light (neomuna) and all the helm chapters: battlegrounds, season of the dip (the fishing themed things in West of the helm), season of the witch (South of the helm) and season of the wish (east). These storylines are going to change form, and a lot of the items they provide will be inaccessible or harder to access in TFS Eyes up Guardian!

Likely masterworked (adds 2 to each stat) and a +10 stat mod. +22 to stats per armour piece just from these things.

Yes any current engrams at vendors will get reset at the end of this season, Final Shape wipes quite a bit off the board. HELM will be fully reset and vendors sound like they are getting a bit of a rework in the tower with the new Playlist update.

I got teamed up with 5 guardians in Iron Banner all using the blacked out shader for character and guns ( I was using an Iron Banner brown shader). We got slaughtered in minutes to where Shaxx had to call the game early. The other team had various shaders with the lead in all white. So in my opinion, I don't think that black shader is going to help much in PvP.

I’m pretty poor on Ascent shards, cores and prisms…I need to spend some time in lost sectors, GM’s and Coil🫤. Too busy grinding onslaught, may go into next season poor tbh😭

Never been easier to get Cores, prisms, and shards. I never do GM's but coil is fun and rewarding, often get 2 shards each plat run

Make sure to leave a couple bounty/quest spots open for the first day or so. Also, don't redeem the bounties until you are in a full fireteam for the XP bonus. Blinding light on ghost is 12% extra - I keep forgetting to swap it out...

As Ebontis states around 1:28, only ritual bounties are being removed which are Gambit, Vanguard and Crucible. Bungie explains the same thing.
