"Devotion inspires bravery. Bravery inspires sacrifice. Sacrifice leads to death." And years later our ranks hold strong and the Traveller remains at our side, watching over us. We've gotten so far and hearing this brings me back to playing the game. You solely have my thanks.

Hey everyone. Been slowly working on this game since October of last year and to be honest, I never wanted to even play the game. I never played the first game either, but a buddy of mine mentioned the game last summer and I thought I would give it a shot considering it was free at the time. Once I got to this mission Adieu, and heard the track Journey for the first time, I actually got goosebumps. Right there I thought I should play it a bit more, and check out some of the other music in the game. Once I got to the Farm and heard the Journey vocal variant, and other songs there, and then the EDZ and hearing the groups of songs like Lost Sector, Pathfinder etc I was pretty damn hooked at that point and decided to record as much footage of the game as I possibly could before they removed half of it in December of last year. The game itself is alright, I don't have the time to do strikes, or raids and PVP at all, so you probably won't see any videos when it comes to those things, mostly campaign stuff and the main exploration/lost sector zones is what you'll be seeing, which is a boatload of content itself. But the music! Wow! And all the background lore is a huge bonus also. I probably have about 6-8 terabytes of footage on three different drives of just Destiny 2. With that said the game is a HUGE project and something I spend casually working on here and there. Right now you'll mostly be seeing The Red War campaign videos, and stuff from the EDZ. It's honestly a real pain in the ass to make content for but at the same time really rewarding when you complete a video and public it. Anyways, that's it for now and sorry for the wall of text, enjoy the video!

You are my hero, sir! Put around 1000hrs in Destiny 2 and stopped playing about 6 months ago, because it finally got too repetitive, felt mentally draining and I could not bear it anymore. But I do come back to the lore, the graphics and especially the music quite often. The soundtracks are absolutely phenomenal! Hopefully you captured the Farm and its music before it got removed during sunsetting. Looking forward to more Destiny 2 videos. THANK YOU! :)

I still think Destiny 2's Red War would've been better as a singleplayer or 2/4 player co-op, though there was a certain magic in playing the first and final missions with random players arriving and going while I'd prefer to stay and fight in the same area, prolonging the scene so to speak. The music for Red War is definitely one to remember.

Looking at this gave me an idea for a new game in the Destiny universe, it's also told through the eyes of a closer unspecified guardian, but in a timeline where ikora and cayde died during the attack on the city. And you leave the city with Zavala to live a life of a nomadic traveler, since Zavala, in true Zavala fashion thinks the fight is already over, and you're his last living loyal guardian. The game would be a single player experience with a focus more on scavenging old ruins and fighting small groups of fallen and cabal for weapons from the golden age, tuning the theme of the game to a more depressing, hopeless tone rather than the sheer power fantasy that is D1 and D2, basically a love child of 11bit sudios' games and the universe of Destiny. I love the idea of tuning a short, 10 minute section of a game to a full fletched single player game. Tell me if you like my idea! I know it'll never become a reality, but you can always hope someone turns it into at least an indie game, right?

The Red War is the best D2 soundtrack IMO outside of Forsaken

Fantastic stuff. The ambience of this video is awesome. Such a shame its gone for good. I hope you've got the farm lying around somewhere. Since the Farm was archived, that's the one place I've missed so so much. The music and ambience of it was amazing.

Can any music expert out there tell me why this makes me want to cry? Even when I hear it in my head

This tracks one of D2s best to offer, its just not what Destinys music was for me, atleast. Least i played this mission before they removed the damaged armor. Good for transmog, reccomend pairing Brave titan (damaged) with noble constant type 2 or Brave titan armor.

Nah,the best soundtrack i have seen only in Mirror's Edge Catalyst. In my opinion, other scifi games (except Deus Ex) have a simple classic soundtrack, not interesting.
