Additional “advanced” tactic for Calus: Have someone in throne die. This will spawn more skulls to be shot in the void. Leave the person in throne dead until you pop his shield. Then pick them up, pick a plate to hop on with all six of you, and get that crispy one plate.

*Just some constructive criticism:* I appreciated these "straight to the point" quick guides over your normal ones. Not to downplay anyone or you, but this might be perhaps because this completes complicated and full explanation guides. Only thing I'd add, is a flash of recommended load-outs, with no narration while you are finishing the the encounter explanation. Thank you.

Quick tips for Crown: - you can use finishers regardless of whether your blessing status matches the enemy, so you can finish a blessed enemy if you're not blessed and vice versa - if you are blessed and need to punch the Deception to get his shield off, you punch first and run away as far as you can and as fast as you can. If you do that before the next punch from your nonblessed teammate that breaks the shield, you'll keep your blessing. Do this if your blessing timer is still pretty high, there's no point in using this trick if your time's almost up

Super fun to watch. Though as a non-raiding guardian, I wouldn’t be able to use this as a guide. I’ve played thousands of hours of d2, but since I play on pc, I can’t ever find raid teams. Bungie really needs to improve their lfg so people like me who don’t have a ton of gaming friends on pc can get into raiding. When I played d1 on Xbox it was easy, and I raided almost every night. Now on pc, I’m stuck either looking for a magical non-existing raid team, or doing what I’m doing, which is everything other than needing a team. Such a shame. Thx for the content

Datto doesn’t seem to realize that I will listen to him talk over the raid guide music for literally hours on end if need be. He could go back and do a full comprehensive guide of every raid in both games, with loadout and team composition guides, including challenges and prestige/hard mode guides, and I would watch it.

There is also a Void room "cheese" where everyone in there uses a projectile sword. Swinging your sword at the right time and in the right way will stick you in place so Calus can't suck you in. When the projections spawn, the players in Void each launch a projectile and take it out, repeat until skulls spawn. This takes some pressure off of Throne as they don't have to clear ads *and* kill Psions, especially in prestige where enemies hit harder, and there's an additional mechanic

Tip for Gahlran phase 2: If you get the deception in a wring position and you know gahlran sword won’t hit him, simply push him in the middle with tractor cannon.

This is perfect sherpa material! Imagine if raiders watched like 2-6 minutes of scourge of the past or leviathan and us sherpas just helped fill in the gaps! Oh that would make life so much easier. Of course some of the keywords for roles might be different like gauntlet’s runner, plater, and puncher or bath’s center or left/right side players. Even still this would make explaining rotation strategy for gauntlet such an easy explanation, hell even the throne/shadow roles for calus’s fight.

Very true. As someone who only did the first 2 raids before taking a break from the game until a few weeks ago, Datto explaining the encounters in a direct, easy to understand way refreshed my entire mind on how to do the raids. Just a heads up: Spire is a bit buggy. Sometimes it doesn't tell you that you armed a cannon. This doesn't affect you, but this is why I'd suggest not to rely on the text at the bottom.

Low key Spire of Stars is like an amazing and underrated raid. The option parkour ball toss encounter makes it feel less like a lair and maybe I’m crazy but I just really enjoy it. Last wish is still my fav D2 raid but spire is definitely up in the top 3 imo.

For crown boss, Running oppressive nades with titans and celestial hunters with (hopefully) only one warlock with well and you can two phase (one phase if the stars align) gahlran quite easily.
