So I was doing a bit of out of bounds exploration and I found a way to get from first encounter all the way to start, so you could skip to first encounter, otherwise they have a metric crap ton of insta kill boxes where you may be able to skip things.

Drop the bomb as soon as its being deposited. So hold square and at the very last instant hit triangle to drop.
