Very nice explaining by Ekalavya. The charts not only carry indicators of destiny but also how the person is inclined to use his or her free will. Therefore they are able to make predictions. It also gives us indication why predictions may not always come true. If a person exercises his free will differently from his intrinsic nature. But my guess is that does not happen often

Well said sir that free will denotes to our efforts and endeavours, and destiny is kaal(time). When both come to an agreeable point event happens, positive or negative. People with karmic relationship come across our life. Nothing is coincidence but our earned karma good or bad. Free will or efforts can help us to earn good teacher, people and deeds.
