We just got access to the alpha today and are checking it out! Pretty fun for a mobile game so far, I'll be interested to see how the monetization part of it will be handled. I hope they don't shoot themselves in the foot, as the gameplay is actually pretty fun.

Honestly, other than some dodgily localised dialogue it looks pretty solid, more than anything else it's nice to see something actually fresh out of the Destiny franchise, as opposed to just getting expansions to the same game with the same core gameplay loop.

According to certain leaks from internal company memos, there are "Witness-sized things" happening all over the universe, and most of the new advanced alien races out there will view humanity as ignorant upstarts. I'm not a fan of anything from Destiny 2 from Lightfall onwards. But I am morbidly fascinated by how they'll try to top _the Witness_
