I smoked for 4 years. I got up to a pack a day which was $12 for one. Tom needs to quit that shit. Yeah, I "liked" it, but it was eating my body and my wallet. After I quit, and that hump of cravings went away, I felt like a million bucks. Tom's a good guy. He doesn't deserve a pair of black lungs.

100% I was a 2 pack a day Camel light smoker for 10 years. Finally quit and it's the best thing I've ever done - as well as one of the hardest. Took 11 hard attempts (with many mini half hearted attempts in-between). Don't ever start smoking. It's truly one of the worst habits in the world.

@@kalbahl If you just want to stop inhaling it, as much of a meme as it is, ZYN is really good. I haven't vaped / smoked a cig in years now, just zyn, I feel way better and my lungs are thankful. They are much stronger than gum/patches and actually give you a buzz. Still addictive but it will save your lungs. I had to stop smoking/vaping because I got an extremely bad lung infection and could hardly breathe let alone smoke. I started doing ZYN then and the buzz felt great since I hadn't smoked in a while. I would recommend getting to the point of fiending more than usual and trying some. They will be more appealing to you since you are wanting nic, and the buzz will hit much better and harder than it would if you used them right after smoking. Also, think of it like this, would you rather have no nic or nic through pouches?

We need to move towards universal bathrooms to solve issues around inapropriate varities within transectional peramerters of gender. We could have an O with a line above it and pear shape for unrinal units. We need to find an answer to the problem through minipulating taxes that are transectional transgender oriented topics. One thing we can all agree on is that public bathrooms are really unsafe right now; and we need privacy levels that everyone is comfortable with. The environmental change would be us keeping the normativity and effieciency of what the bathroom is, but knocking down the walls creating open floor plan between the hallways and the sinks. A private safer unit made around the urinals and toilets is very important aspect to mkae note of as well. There are quite a bit of positive answers that solve safety issues that are pre-existing around very feminist aspects as well. Changing a fundamental thought around these privacy issues would change everything like the ability to wash your hands after using the restroom while being on videotape. Therefor the toilet(urinal) unit doors will be videotaped as well. Fundementally this is understood when we apply this too hallways outside of bathrooms so its comparitively the same for everyone. Bringing this next level of privacy to schools would achieve a safer environment for every student. by the way I'm a straight man and conservitive Gender DOT Theory__ a-gender>transectional>transgender *A-gender: original genders *Transection: anyone who is not fully medically transitioned to a (face top bottom medical transitions) transgender but not excluding those who do not conform to hetero normativity. *Transgender: absolution in transgenderism
