I haven't seen much of the video so I can't say one way or another about intelligence, but I _will_ say that all too often people just call others stupid due to having differing opinions. Seems like that could be the case here. Conversely I will say that in a lot of cases people aren't applying their rational thought well in their beliefs, and I think that may also apply to her here. Many people may treat irrationality as lack of intelligence, but technically those are two different things.

@@MsHojat No... its actually the fact that your memory is finite... college manages to fill your common sense with bullshit that is un-usable outside of your chosen field... the more college degrees you have the less you understand how the world really works... most college degrees can hold a entry level job in the real world, just ask any professional in their field about new hired fresh out of college... not only don't they know ANYTHING except the theorem, they come with a whole package of brainwashing that makes them feel entitled to be promoted in 3 days to CEO.... straight up liability....

Im only about 40 or so mins in, but since this was released recently I dont think you are that much further ahead. She is far more accurate then Destiny on the electricity problem in Europe, however his debating skills are shining through. Nuclear power have absolutely nothing to do with Norwegian electric bills, the reason why France is doing better then Germany has nothing to do with protest against nuclear power plants and everything to do with Europas move towards green electricity and renewable energy(which nuclear power is concidered to not be renewable by the european union).

He probably won't. He clearly sees the conversations with Destiny as a partnership to help promote each other. He thought that's what they were doing. Then Destiny goes and criticises him harshly, and Shkreli feels used and betrayed. He thought Destiny wanted to get views off Shkreli the nice way, by helping each other out with self-promotion. Instead he used Shkreli the nasty way, by criticising him harshly and making accusations. This is why Shrkeli feels hurt upset. You know he is hurt and upset because he starts flinging insults. He would only do this for revenge. Therefore he must feel hurt and upset. Also in his mind the agreement is off and he won't want to work with Destiny again. In my opinion. EDIT: Okay I hadn't seen it all. I see that eventually Shkreli stops having his tantrum and he feels happier when he can start talking about himself again.

4 years in the pen and comes out fighting for a new side con (accelerate AI). Guess some people never learn, don’t be conned. A lawyer who makes accusations isn’t probable the lawyer you’d ever want to employ even if the allegations are 100% right. This is where Destiny is clever enough to dodge this, he’s not say yes or no, he’s saying the court is still out. Interesting she doesn’t say in her opinion. If she goes on at this rate she might have her license revoked. She comes across as ver naive to me. Lawyers have strict rules they are meant to adhere to in order to practice, granted they may get away with things they shouldn’t but the risk for a lawyer is higher than for others.

There are no conspiracies on hired protesters. They exist. But nice obfuscation tactic you got there... you can literally call the companies that provide resources for protestor supprt. Some of them even OPENLY advertise themselve... it's literally legal and normal. You are uninformed idiots who did not even know this... Ever heard of astro turfing? OH wait.. Thats also a conspiracy theory, right? Those large, travel buses that appear at each riot that were privately chartered to transport protesters from train stations to the protest location Sounds more like you are incompetent. Then goes along with her idea to bring in Martin even though he is CLEARLY uninterested. He then let's Martin completely self destruct while he looks completely laid back and she's fixing her hair. @@thegrinderman1090 Not too sure, but I was in college during quarantine and lots of exams and stuff were online. I even took a SQL certification exam mid last year that was online. For the SQL, all they did was have me turn on the camera and show that I didn't currently have any device I could cheat with nearby and they could see what my screen showed. They use some software and workers to verify people aren't talking to others or looking away possibly at another screen, but it's still certainly possible to cheat. Someone could've come in with a laptop, looked on my screen and google the question and just hold their screen near my own yet outside the webcam and there'd be no way for the proctor to know. That certification exam was easily the most secure online test I've ever taken, but still felt super sus. Online exams are the wild west. Cheating entire degrees is probably tough, but individual online exams are pretty simple.

What law school did she go to? That honestly really matters a lot. If she's a grad of some low-ranking law school, that's not necessarily an indicator of extraordinarily high intelligence. Law schools below the top 25, and especially below the top 50, are really not that hard to get into if you've worked hard and maintained decent grades. You don't need an impressive LSAT to go to a school below the top 50. Some schools don't even require the LSAT and/or will take alternatives. You can also take the LSAT 3 times in a testing year, which someone with a bad score is definitely going to want to do. Going to a school outside the top 100 would suggest that she likely struggled on the LSAT, indicating she struggles with critical thinking, reasoning, analysis, comprehension and all the skills the LSAT tests for. Still a commendable achievement, but not an indactor of high intelligence. It moreso shows diligence, good habits, passion, and hardwork. Personally, I think there are many factors to intelligence and differ areas of intellect. I think she proabably lacks in critical thinking and reasoning, but is likely good in other areas. Not a dumb person, but doesn't have strong critical thinking. I don't say that because I disagree with her, but because the arguments she's using are so poorly reasoned. Also, the state in which she passed the Bar Exam matters a lot, too. Passing the CA Bar would be highly impressive. Passing the Bar in New Mexico or some shit is not nearly as impressive.
