It helps to go cold turkey for some people, cravings can and do go. I literally get zero cravings for food, sex, I've never watched corn so that's easy, maybe a mild calling for foods once in a while but nothing overwhelming. I've gone from sick and needing substances, stimulants and junk food to literally just enjoying how my body feels in each moment. pH miracle is a good place to start. I've walked through the door and I'm not gonna walk back

The first four days of this February were so hard for me because of urges that I have almost relapsed after two months. I was even forced to watch thirst traps before I have fallen asleep, discovered Veronika Rajek but yesterday the urges stopped & today I have not even think about it for a minute. I got back to my purpose & studying. Thank myself so much for having my discipline due to SR. Without SR I would not be able to handle this. I pretend like each load is worth ten $Million. To get to the point where its worth ten million you have to build, you start at $100, then 1000 next day, then 10k the next, then it gets to like a zero point state where you stop counting anyway. That's the closest analogy I could think of to show a mindset to get the best rewards this lifestyle has to offer. The alternative isn't appealing. "Mark knows he has allowed himself to go to seed" Also high testosterone causes baldness in men who are acidic. If hair is falling out its cos testosterone is converting to DHT. Men need to do semen retention and get in shape, all whilst keeping acidity within certain ranges.
