That has to be one of the most sickest burnouts ever caught on camera. The amount of smoke, the solid controlled spinning, the smoke coming out of the seams, the red-hot pipes, that sweet turbo whine, the deep rumble of the diesel…. Definitely, definitely just seal the wood. you lose a lot of the benefits of working on wood when you paint, and it never comes out quite right. You could stain, but I wouldnt go dark. I love the look and feel of a blonde polyurethane workspace. Easy on the hands, and easier on the eyes.

As a cabinet shop owner/fabricator, for (shop) cabinets I would recommend exterior grade paint in a light color. My personal shop is bright white everything,walls ,ceiling. This reflects light and in my opinion makes the shop lighter. Love all your videos.

I don't seal my workbenches. I just buy thick premium plywood and sand them down over time as needed, lol. Made them easy to swap out too using those little narrow hidden deck screws.

With the bench tops you should lightly burn the wood and then seal it. Highlights the grain and will go good with your grey and black and white combo.

I would suggest propane torch the counter top to make the natural wood pop then seal it. Stain the faces of the cabnits and then seal. Try a sample peice of the counter tip first with a propane torch.

One tweak for the Ranchtang might be a change in the tuning for the engine so you're throwing coal even MORE. As it is, you're only coaling when you bounce the throttle, if it could be setup so whenever your foot is on (or almost on) the floor it's blowing black smoke . . .

Put diamond plate on top of the bench n paint the frame of cabinets black with grey doors

Two ideas came to mind 1; 2 electric wheels about 8" inches in diameter mounted horizontally under the car, attached to hydraulics front and rear, to raise and lower the cars enough, so that they can go forward and reverse, to really get a vehicle spinning like a lawnmower blade while doing donuts. (Possibly mounted to pivot, like a chainsaw bar with the wheel on the end for clearance). 2; imagine a heavy duty tank with solid high pressure pipes, leading to the shocks, except the shocks would be beefed up to receive extreme pressures with bleed off ports at the top of travel. Use starter fluid or something similar injected into the big tank. Ignite it occasionally during the burnout to get an explosive hop with external exhaust ports. I recomend a light roll cage and a rocking crazy sound system. 🤘😎
