Destroyer Ragnar - Ultimate gun power

Ragnar - European special premium Tier X destroyer. The main tactical unit of the Swedish fleet was to be a squadron of several destroyers. Tre Kronor-class cruisers acted as squadron leaders, but in the 1940s, the construction of a special squadron leader was considered. On March 21, 1947, three draft designs were presented, with a standard displacement of 2,400, 3,000, and 4,660 tons. The largest of the three projects was lightly armored and armed with two twin-gun mounts housing 152 mm dual-purpose guns.

Ragnar is a very fun DD! It has its deficiencies though, very susceptible to torps, lousy 7.5 detect, horrid maneuverability for a DD. Played correctly (as seen here) it's very powerful, played incorrectly and it dies quickly. She's not a typical DD and is lousy at early capping (Don't do it!), Her guns are very-very accurate so usually all shells miss or all shells hit so take good aim because dispersion won't fix your poor aim lol. I would have liked to have seen a bit better angling here but truly he did quite well, Her 25mm armor does deflect a-lot of shells if angled properly. All in all I do enjoy Ragnar and I highly recommend her even for her price in steel. Ragnar is a highly accurate pocket Cruiser more than it is a Destroyer and must be played as such. Buy it! No regrets! Hey Great Game BTW!!!!!!!

Strongest if played correctly, they are more difficult to learn and play well imo. A bad DD player can throw a game really quick

​@@kaloschke a ship stats doesn't determine how good the player is. A shit player in a Smaland still gonna do bad. Yes some DDs have great DPM and are OP even but you need a good player to make it work well

@@kaloschke In what regard that DD outgunned Cruiser ? A cruiser that has low DPM usually come with high shell speed which leads to more consistent hit. A more rapid fire cruisers are the opposite in this manner. DD also follow this statement to some degree as well but their firepower are usually less than that of a cruisers. And a big different is that DD are only capable to deal damage to structure while small number are exception which ALL of them are on a low end of DPM
