Sadly they are not. First impressions matter and I stopped watching the video on 10:20 mark after one of them reacts to the match like a casual viewer, not giving much of an info, while the other is too busy making as he put it himself "seizure sounds", so he could not be bothered to comment on the match.

Also personal assumptions aside, commentators should know the game well enough to pick up on the moves and strats and to be able to talk about them as they happen so that a viewer that might not know all the nuances can understand what is happening. It's not a mindless button mash, but a high level play that req strategy and game knowledge, which these commentators do not convay in any way.
