Ninjakilla not only has one of the best execution performance with Liu but also the conversions and situations he simply pull off, Oni Sama not only drop a lot of combos but also didn't take advantage of few situations he got while on a good position. That is what makes Ninjakilla so dangerous, not only the damage but how easy he can convert any posibility in a massive damage combo, then going full opressive with the offensive their enemies tend to guard a lot and that creates even more oportunities for Ninjakilla and control the match tempo.

Here's an actual answer since the responses have been basic af. Its not so much about lows or overheads, its about not being able to recognize what string the opponent is doing. You typically cant react to lows/overheads anyways. The real advantage is being able to do a string and 1) The opponent doesnt know how long the string is or which one you are doing 2) They dont know the frame data because it could be a plus string or minus as hell 3) Their only way out is to guess what string you are doing and mash a reversal which can be baited Thats just full strings, special moves and staggers are icing on the already broken cake.
