imo, it’s really a shame. With all these customization options in the current CoD MW franchise, I feel like if everyone did realistic builds like these, the games would be more fun. Instead of caring about what the new meta is, and having an ugly blueprint that doesn’t look like a real gun with wack attachments to make it “good”. It’s still crazy to think it had so much potential. These builds are really awesome, man. 👍

I just say this bc I think it’s cool and not many people do it. It sometimes even fun to do something different from what you normally expect when people use the same class setups bc they’re good.

Sadly the SBMM took all the fun in creating a nice looking and immersive loadout away in favor of running whatever makes you aim and run faster making your sniper rifle look like an Obrez Mosin

@@CommanderLongJohn I’ll be honest there definitely is a bit too many attachments that it is overwhelming plus the AMP since a lot of them are completely fictional it definitely doesn’t fit with some builds, but I can’t really deny that because there’s many options it allows for a lot more variety for one type of build, I just wish they were a bit more balanced. And I did like MW2019s gunsmith, it was very simple and it also had many attachments that completely changed the weapon itself similarly to the AMP weapons which was super cool. I loved that I could turn an M4 into its SMG variant and the AUG from its SMG variant to its AR variant.

@@joeroth1124 Yeah, but Activision literally copied the design and look of the weapon by a fair margin, which is ironic because they also deliberately make trademarked designs like the KRISS Vector and MP5 different so they don't get sued. Herrera didn't patent his design yet so Activision basically copying this thing and then making skins out of it to sell for money is pretty slimy.

I think Herrera has a right to pursue legal action, but Activision's lawyers will argue that they changed the appearance just enough to be recognized as "fair use".
