You know, I honestly believe the APC with the SAM battery upgrade is a good anti-oppressor tool. I've only ever used the APC alone, and even then I've gotten several kills with it. Imagine using it with a friend, since the APC has deceptively good speed and control for something as tanky as a khanjali (you can hold the brakes while accelerating to make extra sharp turns). Imagine baiting someone into a chernobog, thatd be funny too
