Many people might say stretched is a bad looking display for your monitor, but its actually good if you used to it. I remember when it used to give you good FPS, but now it hardly does because of Xonae's Visuals. If the same thing happens to me from about 190-220 fps to 150-170 when I play competitively, in laser tag I go from 130 to a slower 90 fps, and the servers are also being bugged in the voting
