Is your FOV 90 in settings? Higher FOV makes it look like you have an increased speed. Marshy plays on 90 FOV

You just have to know how to use the shotgun. The same thing happened to me until I learned its mechanics. Go to training and you'll see how the shots disperse.

Had the same doubt earlier, He is wall bouncing continuously,like rather than running straight he would slide into edges, door edge etc which continues the momentum and helps him move fast and smooth . doing that once or twice requires so much attention to game, the fact that he is doing that continuously makes it insane
