I once found a set of teamers, pretty rude about the whole ordeal to the ENTIRE server, When it was MY monster match I killed them, and ONLY them. They then didn’t team the next match.

Dang. This is an awful behavior. These guys should learn how to play in a competitive style. IMO it is stupid to just grind these levels: you should concentrate on your skill, not your level. Even if you reach 100 lvl on monster, that does not mean you play as good as it possible on that monster.
