I feel like I've been in isolation from God's Word. I'm living in denial and rebellion. My husband and I need prayers for Spiritual blessings. We barely ever read God's word or do Bible studies. I started swearing and watching crimewatch type shows. I'm just seeking distraction and I need help before we fall back into the horrible bondage God saved us from. That verse you started with... about what they built with, brick and slime.... Brick is generally wet clay that has been shaped for it's purpose, sun and air dried - dried of moisture, then to to insure it will never change its shape and from that to which it is purposed, it is carefully furnaced to drive the last of the lingering moisture from it ...and seal it forever into what it has been shaped to be. ... And the slime,... ( it made me think of what oozes out of frogs, those slimy slippery water dwelling creatures),... slime is/can be clay that is so diluted with moisture that it will conform to whatever the pressures are and slide into, fill the cracks/ empty spaces, and when dried will adhere to, bond to, and bond whatever surrounds it ...until moisture returns ...then its bonding power vanishes. ...anyhow... thank you for purposing in your heart to bring the Word home to us, to drive it home, as the Spirit wills.

Seems like now 2020-2021. In my 3/4 century of life I have never seen so much hatred and violence. I believe the Holy Spirit is leaving our earth and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ is imminent. Even at the doors. Lord I beg You to forgive me of building my own tower, and give me Your Peace and and Love in my heart for all people, including the unlovable.

It doesn't feel good to be angry. It doesn't feel good to hurt so bad inside that you want to die. "She" had everything, why did she have to steal the ONLY thing I had? She knew how much he meant to me, she could have left him alone? She had a husband of her own, who was devoted to her but she wanted mine...... 28 years and I'm homeless and penniless because she seduced him away (yes, I know he had problems and is responsible for his actions. He was an idiot but I can forgive him for succumbing to lust and greed) her, not so much.....
