Thank you Buddy! I lost 125 lbs. over a year. Changed the way I looked at food. Learned what foods effected my body in a positive and negative way. Foods that have Flour and sugar effect my hormones and create unstoppable cravings. I figured out how many calories I needed to consume to loose weight, maintain weight, and gain weight. I created eating habits that helped me maintain my success. It took me a longtime to figure it out. White Sugar, White table salt, White flour, and dairy was eliminated from my daily consumption. I had to change my relationship with food. I don't drink any alcohol or do any drugs. I live a very clean lifestyle, focusing on my family, business
