How in the hell does this channel only have 5k subs. This was by far the best overlanding content I have seen in years. Felt like I was watching a movie, I was so immersed on what would happen next. I appreciate you boys. being born and raised in NYC, I am so glad places like these exist and people like y'all exist. Here's to hoping the trails treats you kindly. Best, Your New Subscriber

Wow, bummer on the break down. I fell in love with the San Juan Mountains in Yankee Boy Basin, it was my first off-road adventure there, and still the first place I go every year when I visit. Straight up Camp Bird Road and get my fix. It is the most incredible 12K square miles in the country (San Juan Mountains and National Forest), IMHO...and I've been all over the lower 48.

man I love colorado, took a trip through that same area over the summer, luckily was far more fortunate and didn't have any issues. Looks like it was a wild journey.

This will always be one of the best spots in the country, we can't wait to get back soon.

Just found you guys. Nice video, looking forward to more. But did you notice how even the food got better once you got into a Jeep? 😂

Ahahaha you're right. Can't argue with you there. Thanks for watching!

@@rallyrats No, thank you for posting. That's a lot of work! And in all seriousness, I have owned or currently own numerous Toyotas and Jeeps, and my preference is whichever one starts an argument with the other guy. At 66, I currently own 2 Jeeps, and my last vehicle I will probably own will be a 4Runner. It's got enough room to haul my coffin to the landfill when I go! 🤣

It baffles me that a relatively new Tacoma still has drum brakes on the rear. Having a breakdown in the mountains absolutely adds a level of stress to a flatlander like myself.

We'll have consistant content coming out this year, just had to iron out some of the kinks.

Hi. Great vacation :-) Is any of the cars on stock suspension? Regards from Norway.
@rallyrats11 ай бұрын
Nope, we're all on aftermarket suspension.

Why didn't you pull the drive shaft, have another truck take the trailer, and drive it down in front wheel drive? Pull the diff gears as necessary.
