As far as Jungkook’s voice being the backbone of the group, it really is! If you pay really close attention his voice is there in the background of almost every song - like a soft constant, his voice threads BTS’s songs together

Ida S has recently updated “Jungkook: The Main Vocalist of BTS” which pretty much shows us the responsibilities he’s been carrying at 15 years of age since debut. It pretty much demonstrates what you said, that he’s the backbone of their songs. Also on Ida S channel “The Golden Maknae”, “The King of Social Media” or “When his duality hits you”.

Also, idk if you’ll read this but about the discourse on the Jin “raising” JK and all - I'll just say these are common talking points in the fandom. The running narrative was and has always been that JK was raised by the hyungs. Now its actually a very common thing to say by maknaes in kpop groups - it's a cultural thing I would say. K-armys have said they joke about it pretty often, especially because age is so important to the hierarchy there. Anyway, the point is the one contending this narrative come from a place of frustration because you'll notice, maybe, after a while that JK’s accomplishments/good attributes are often credited to the members but their good traits are never said to be a result of JK’s influence. In my opinion, the guys all influenced each other. It's a two way street. JK was young so you can see why he's the prime product used in the narrative. It's an exaggerated and tired narrative but it's never gonna leave the fandom. I'm writing this just to give you a perspective. It doesn't meant Jin and the rest didn't influence JK positively. They did. But he influenced them and inspired them as well - also mentioned by the members several times but the fandom will never bring it up over mentioning how much JK has learned from the rest which I find a disservice to their dynamic but I digress. I just want to thank you for this comment! It's one of the things that annoys me in the fandom... Like you said they influenced each other, because that's how humans work but often people mention the fact that the members raised Jungkook as if he was an orphan when he arrived in Seoul. The same goes for his qualities, his talents, as well as his personality, some almost seem to say that it is thanks to his hyungs that he is so gifted, as if he was a blank slate before knowing them... It's really not fair. They forget that he lived almost 14 years with his parents and he had a life before BTS.

Jungkook when he was still studying Jin would prepare his school meals and would drove him to school. Sometimes it's Suga and J-hope who would pick him up from school. When JK was about to quit because he misses his mom, Jin's love made him stay. Jin would bring JK to their house during their breaks where he was treated as a real family by the entire family & household members and he forgot his homesickness. Jin would often buy him meals paying with the credit card His mom gave him when he was away for training. When J-hope was about to quit...JK was crying hard that he slept that night beside Hobi scared not to see the next morning...JK is really their baby...they still sees him as their baby even if he is now taller and bigger than them all. 🤭🤣😊🥰

Merci pour cette vidéo. En effet, comme l'ont mentionné certains ici, Jung Kook avait déjà une personnalité et il était déjà talentueux lorsqu'il est arrivé chez les BTS. Ceci grâce à l'amour et à la compréhension de sa famille. Il lui manquait juste l'occasion de développer ses qualités et ses talents, il a appris beaucoup des autres membres mais sa personnalité a aussi déteint sur eux. Sa joie de vivre, son espièglerie, son ardeur au travail, sa persévérance ont été des exemples à suivre pour ses frères de BTS.
