I’m surprised that you didn’t mention your 7/7 Portal video where you gave us an almost 18-minute guided meditation that brings us to the very energy that you speak of here. very wonderful video , for human to rise in consciousness, only one part i would like to correct u do not reach your heart until you are enlighten, everything u do first is with the mind. before meditation you chant to still the mind and then go into meditation.it takes time to accomplish this.when u go through the journey of life then u will become enlighten,your pineal gland will light up it flicker on and off when u are in your higher self.
