I feel happy when I watch this channel. My depression and fear and worries fly away. First because sister and suresh Oberoi are nice, kind, intelligent , have good enery that transfer to me. Second because I am asian and they are Asian. We have almost similar culture, tradition and landscape. I miss my country.. OH, I love those cows, birds, the man, the wife and the little boy. Yes, friends, when you are miserable, do something that make you happy like watching this channel, listening to pure music, watching beautiful landscape, talking to people you love etc... We have spirit, soul, but we also have this tangible body and mind and emotion. We need to rely on what we see, hear, do to make us safely happy. Everything is good creation from God for us to enjoy: people, music, landscape, pets , food, herbs, spiritual preaching etc... We need to balance our body, mind, emotions, spirit to be well, and happy. There is a saying :" Food is God." Yes, nice thoughts, wisdom of God are important, but material things like food, house, shelter, good health are equally important and necessary for happiness. 😁
