Boss, while we calculating 3% of total earning comes around (EPS for Hotel Division) Rs. 4/- . if the market give PE 28 times ( For hotel median pe around 42 times) it can easily list on Rs 112/-. 😀😀😀

475x10 is 4750, where each share has 25rs approx in that case it would be 450. After demerger my 4750 will reduce to 4500 but I'll get only 1 share of hotel which is 25. What will happen to my remaining 250-25 = 225rs?
