It works perfectly on elastic. It delivers the same level of quality all the time, so it's quite consistent. The stitches are of excellent quality. I truly have no regrets whatsoever. ❤️

I'm interested in the buttonhole feature. Do you put your button in the foot part and the machine makes the correct size buttonhole? My current sewing machine I have to figure the length of the buttonhole and would like a machine that has a more automatic way rather than me guessing the length

Hii. It depends on how thick you're asking. I have successfully sewn leather with it, easily too. But it struggles to go over several layers of jeans.
