Very relaxing video to listen to while you explain the process. Maybe I just don’t love my bags enough to take time to clean and maintain them but I think I’ll just bring mine into the Coach store to have them clean it for me instead. My oldest pillow tabby is probably 3 yrs old now and I’ve never cleaned it. It still looks very nice and new with the exception of a few hairline scratches. My pillow 18 however looks extremely dry and could use some leather conditioner 😅 I’ll have to take her in for some TLC and grab some leather cleaner/conditioner and take care of them on my own. Tfs this was very helpful

It was only released during the runway show for a limited time! I was able to buy it a few days after the runway because they had a few left, but I don't think they made more after unfortunately 😔
