You did nott tell about water pressure. Which floor you are in. Will it be good if the water tank is just in 12 to 14 feet height from the house. Independant house.

Learn about salt setting in your machine. Because Water hardness is high in your area but salt setting is low , so that problem came. Increase the salt setting for better washing quality
