what's the difference between using an eyeshadow primer and an eyeshadow glue?

Do you mean a glitter glue? If that's what you mean then , eyeshadow base is for eyeshadow, like a base for your eyeshadow. Then glitter glue is for glitters and pigments and can also be used for shimmer eyeshadow. If This isn't clear, please rephrase your question for better understanding

I am not hoarding information, and I am very sure you are new to this channel to be accusing me of that. My subscribers and fams here knows my stand about recommending eyeshadows. If you must know, my stand about recommending eyeshadow is, you can work with what ever pallet you have, eyeshadow is something you can always play around with. I don't want my subscribers and people of follow and trust me to be limited when it comes to eyeshadow, that's why I do not recommend a particular brand. If you want products recommendations, you can check my channel I have couple of videos dedicated to it, and I am sure I mentioned eyeshadows.
