Not sure why I wanted to cry when I saw the diagrams but it’s probably because I FINALLY found something so perfectly laid out 😊. I used your quadrant technique and SIS. 😍😍😍😍😍 *cue swivel and hair flip* my braids look so so good! Thank you. The internet can be really mean and draining BUT I love how it connects black girls all over the world. It’s like we have big and little sisters teaching and caring for each other out here. Like a big, gentle Diaspora Hug. I think it makes the ancestors proud. So thank you for sharing your wisdom with me. 🥰🥰🥰

IM A 20 year old white woman who’s being partially praticing for 3-4 years on braiding for my niece who is 7 and mixed. I’ve always had kind of crappy parting usually alright but not for bock braids and this video helped so much! I’m practicing for the first time in over a year and it’s the best it’s ever gone! Subscribed tysm! I mentioned I’m a white woman because most white women could never do it like a colored woman. They do it for not only their culture but for there hair too :) too keep it healthy and most pedipalp think it’s stupid that I try but I love her and she only has me left to try in incorporate her culture into her life so I’m trying my best. Tysm for the help!

I used this because my wife (who is white if it matters to anybody) wanted to do box braids.. i used this as a guide and thank you so much for helping me make her happy. She was so frustrated trying to figure it out before.

I just wanna say this was an amazing video! Like I’m a braided myself and I never could have explained it and demonstrated it the way you did ! Keep doing what you do sis ! Your braids are absolutely gorgeous, and you need your own shop ASAP😭😍😍 definitely will keep you in mind when I take a trip to Florida!!
