Bro Maine kuch time 20 hrs se zyada time kia hai kyuki mere restaurant main staff kam.hai aur work pressure b zyada tha, par woh extra hours mujhe current pay cycle main pay nahi hote , woh store hote hai aur badme adjust ho jaate hai jahapar mere hours kam hote the.. mujhe har mahine 80 hrs ke andar hi salary pay hoti hai not beyond that . Bro mene first month me 61 hours work kiya lekin company ne 51 hours ki salary di fir mene unko bola to unhone mere 10 hours next month me show kardiye usse mere next month ke hours 90 ho gaye uss month m full time par to thi lekin University se term letter nhi liya tha kyuki m 80 hours hi kaam karna chachti thi lekin company ki galti ki vajah se 90 ho gaye. After clearing all modules you can apply for psw but for that you have to pass all modules by any chance if you will fail a single module then university will give you diploma instead of degree so without degree you can not apply for PSW

I hope you are doing well. I was looking for some advice. I'm a graduate from University of Bristol, and an international student. I completed my one year of Master's with a Merit grade certificate. I'm currently in the process of applying for a Post-Study Work visa. For PSW, although I have never crossed 20 hours per week. There were a couple of discrepancies where they recorded fewer hours in a month and adjusted them in the next month. I have got the email chain of me notifying them about this issue. Due to this, in that month, then I crossed 80 hours a month. However, across my total time working, that limit hasn't been crossed. Would this be a problem for PSW? If yes, should I get a letter of confirmation from them that this was their mistake? Regards, Akshil Mehta
