How to you do summer culture building during the off season? Trainings, relays, family building.

We do character lessons each day at the beginning of the day. We will do culture building each week by setting goals as a program and getting to know each other. Then they learn our culture through the weight room and our practice culture. It sets the tone based on our pillars
