Hello, I have a question, Is Khabarelli lift legal on competition? I am 15yr old, I have competition in march and I am curious if I can do that throw in competition

That's pretty much a T-Bone Suplex, which requires a leg grab, so no. Unless you can do it without grabbing the leg.

I don't have a weak grip, but I've always had a problem maintaining the sode grip. Anyone else?

probably gripping wrong or your mates use really tight gi (happened with me). Travis Stevens has some videos about that, if I'm not mistaken
