@@TBAG Not sure if you saw this, but when you were saying that it looks like your soldier presses a button to switch barrels for the M30 Drilling, you aren't wrong. If you look at 7:40 you can see where the person pushes a sliding mechanism forward to switch barrels, which is a very common feature in most double-barrel shotguns. Not going to lie, I'm surprised Dice even took the time to put this little feature in the game

Hey TBAG, not sure if you've covered this, but in a recent round of BFV, I was standing next to an enemy tank (Churchill heavy) that was heavily damaged to the point it was on fire. The enemy had bailed out of the tank, it was completely empty, and yet I could hear someone coughing inside. Pretty neat.

I don't know if you cover this already, but if you take high damage in tank, the tank begins to burn, now inside the tank you can hear an alarm and if the tank is burning the player inside the tank begins to cough. It's a nice detail, nice video btw

Those Cannons are from the Ju-87 'Stuka' which is what the carcass is, more specifically the g variants which had 2 of them, they are 37 mil cannons with 12 shots each

Here's some details for the next video. In the Nordlys war story, Solvieg puts a paperclip on her jacket for the last mission, which is what Norwegian resistance members actually did to show their opposition to Nazi rule. Also, on Hamada, when the sandstorm comes in on Multiplayer or Combined Arms, if you look upward, you can see sand brushing against your weapon and hand. On Rotterdam, if you listen carefully in the area near the British spawn and the Train Station Beurs (obejective A) you can hear some music playing in the background, presumably by a radio or something in one of the stores.

8:40 I think the map is a direct reference to the silk maps that most RAF (Royal Air Force) would have. They carried them by using them as a scarf or placing it inside their boot. This map gave a map of France and a part of Spain. This way, the pilots would always find where they’re going and also helped prisoners escape from POW camps

The M30 Drilling (German for triplet) irl is actually rifled for 3 different uses. One barrel (R) is a buckshot of the hail type, the other shotgun barrel (L) is smooth bore slug type, plus the underbarrel is indeed a rifled barrel for a rifle round. The s stands for "sicht" and engages an additional pin to fire the single round with the sight zeroed for around 100m.

The plane wreck is actually a Junkers 87 G2 Stuka. This model was equiped with twin 40mm flak cannons for effective CAS(Close Air Support) it could fire AP, HE and timed HE rounds. This may or may not be a hint to a future plane alternative to thr Ju 88 C-4 ingame.

The "Driiling", the double-barrel shotgun with a rifle barrel underneath, is german and means "triplet". Those are still used for hunting today. The button which the soldier engages is a switch, as you know. The "S" you can see underneath the upper part of the switch when the shotgun barrels are engaged means "Schrot", german for "buckshot".

At the bc reference the smileing face is on a rusty piece from the side of a ship. In the 2042 reveal trailer theres a scene where they blow out the side of a stranded ship and we also know that in bf portal you'll be able to have weapons and stuff from bc2. 1:38 that's a stuka dive bomber which is also known as a ju-87 and it's German. Some of the varients of it had one of those cannons on each of the wings which means they had two of them which where used for anti-tank and anti-vehicle purposes.

Anyone else happy they fixed the M30? I don't know when they broke it, but you could fire both of the shotgun barrels or the rifle barrel and switch to the other without needing to reload, however a patch (again not sure which one) made it so you needed to reload first before switching which made the drilling worse to use, however I recently used it and found I can switch without reloading which is great

Just to know, the correct Italian pronunciation of paracadutista (it' s an Italian word, but I don' t know if it's another lenguage's word or no) is parakadutista, in Italian we spell the "c" as a "k" when followed by "a", "o" or "u", but when followed by "e" or "I", as ci, the exemple I use is CIA. I this case we use a "h" to pronunciate "k", like Kebab. Same thing with the "g". One last thing, I usually hear the word "spaghetti" pronunciated pretty well, but there is one little detail about the "ghe". It's not like "nugget", it's like "gewehr". Hope I'm not too boring :=

I was playing today and I realized the revolver animation is weird. First of all the model 27 cylinder spins the wrong way, it should spin the other because it’s a S&W. Number 2 the revolver shoots and the cylinder spins after the shot. That’s not how revolvers work. And you can tell he’s not staging the trigger because the hammer does not come back.
