I became across with this company Highway trying to setup a setup package with a broker and this company Highway have a big issue with their system and will not let you do a setup, so basically they will have their automatic system contact you to the contact that the FMCSA have on carrier profile wich doesn't sound bad but the problem begins when if you don't have a cellphone number on the FMCSA website it will not allow you to receive any confirmation text or call so basically if you have a automatic machine answering the phone like all business have including Highway, does one that you have to press 1 or 2 or 3 and then talks with someone, so basically if you have that type of system, Highway automatic system won't work and don't even bother calling their overseas call center that they either have any idea what you're talking about, so pretty much only if you expose you personal phone number public in the FMCSA website is when you can set up, this company doesn't care since they haven't fix that and good luck to does brokers working with Highway since good establish company uses does type of phone systems and scammers are who manages to have lots of cellphone numbers around

something very shady with highway, WHY do you need my API data from my trucks ELDs? You have no need to know where and how my trucks move, or access to all my fuel.. I'll simply tell you, providing the API would have consequences. How many vehicles your company has, where they go every day, down to which companies they stop at, how long they stay, and how many miles they drive each day. They can use this data to negotiate prices with you. If they see your vehicles aren't moving, they'll pressure you on pricing. If there are any issues with your ELD data, some individuals may use this information to threaten you and report you to the DOT. They'll know the distance between your current load and the previous one, enabling them to undercut your pricing or that of another carrier. They can use data to gauge the travel times on certain routes and leverage it against you. This program seems to befit brokers more the carriers, How about carriers start using the Trades laws and force brokers to tell you what their customers are really paying them. OHh! If you a US based company, why do you source you call centers to India? Why not give those jobs to Americans that i can understand.

Your platform attaches an identity alert to my MC and there’s nobody to call to get any answers to get it resolved or even get an answer what kind of alert is it. Nobody responds to emails. You need to have a way for carriers to contact you and dispute incorrect information. You are destroying my ability to do business with brokers for no reason posting incorrect data attached to my company.

Their system is soooooo stupid. 3 MAJOR issues in 4 days as a dispatch service, keeps error coding when onboarding a carrier to a broker, kicks me, then automatically switches my account from dispatch service to a USER on the carriers end. Cant be a user for a carrier and a dispatch service can only pick one. So why does it error code? Because they cant figure out their back end programming for 3rd party services.

Highway provides non-stop false and inaccurate information to freight brokers about carriers.
