Another interaction that can save you sometimes is play Jace and mill for twelve instead of fifthteen and then Unauthorized Exit the Jace and replay it for a total of 27 cards milled. For this interaction one has to be sure that the opponent does not have a response, but if the only cards left in your hand after the omniscience in play are two Jace and a Unauthorized Exit you can do this and mill opponentfor 42 cards which in most cases is enough to win the game.

Atraxa can usually get the job done but I like a copy or two of Invasion of Arcavios to grab tools out of the sideboard once Omniscience is in play

I'm partial to Chaotic Transformation some Glimmer, food/treasure, and human tokens into Omniscience, Portal to Phyrexia, and Progenitus myself, but to each their own lol. Great deck, LegenVD! Would love to see you do a Chaotic Transformation deck given all of the sweet new hits from Foundations.
