agree but also everyone doesn't know who's who to utilise the trust bus more often and bring about more paranoia working in both teams favour. as traitors don't know other traitors and innocent's don't know who the detective is.

Can you get rid of the trust bus as everyone just congregates there and there is less of people accusing one another and Traitors acting sneaky, as soon they are missing from the trust bus people accuse them so they are forced to congregate there. Also it means the game lasts slightly longer!

While I agree that the trust bus makes things predictable (Game Start -> Detective rounds up everyone at gunpoint -> Trust Bus Time!) I doubt they'd get rid of it entirely. Maybe if they had it either be 'hackable' somehow like some detectors are in the video game version, or if there was some sort of delay mechanism to prevent it from being used immediately (and not just have them wait out said delay).

The problem isn't the bus, the problem is the Traitors are taking too long to start killing the innocents and aren't being aggressive enough.

Cerberusarms Ehhh... I see your point, but TTT is supposed to be a deception-based game/mode. The Traitors are always going to be outnumbered (and with the Vector being brought in, outgunned since that's going to be what the Detective picks up just before rounding up everyone), so just shooting immediately does nothing besides reveal themselves and *maybe* kill a couple of the innocents. If a straight up shootout is all that it's supposed to be, why bother doing TTT at all?

The normal gmod gametype has 1 traitor per 4 players, and 1 detective per 8 players. So with 8 players they have 2 traitors and one detectives like it should be.

Mr Monti I agree that's a fair argument, but also in the normal game traitors can receive special equipment through the round to help them, and have traps to help them, meaning they get a bit extra so they can win. So while it works in the game, irl they don't win nearly as often than in game. I think adding one more should be fine.

The main problem is that they kill traitors on suspicion with no repercussions. Most servers consider it rdm unless the traitor is actively trying to kill you or they have a kos on them. If they had 3 traitors and 4 innocents it would make the trust bus almost always red and increase the rdm even more.

It'd be real obvious who's a traitor, but it'd be hilarious when the innocent or detective realizes he's surrounded by traitors... Edit: Better yet, no one knows who the traitors are! They just draw their cards, then put them back after everyone gets a car. Then the paranoia sets in....
