Detectives welcome the sentencing of Daniel Carroll for the murder of Brian Phelan

Detectives from Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Major Investigation Team have welcomed the sentence handed down to Daniel Carroll for the murder of Brian Phelan on 26 July 2018.
Through the dedication of the investigating officers and working closely with our partners in the Public Prosecution Service, Daniel Carroll was found guilty of the murder of Brian Phelan and sentenced to 22 years' imprisonment.
