Sir .in drop count method we have to stop falling of drop when liquid meniscus reaches B point or have to emptying the instrument ?

Yes, you have to stop counting at point B. Things to remember is volume of both liquids must be same, that's why marking A and B is important.

most welcome, I am sorry for late responding. Result: The surface tension of given liquid was found to be 28.62 dynes/cm and 29.76 dynes/cm by Drop-weight and Drop-number Method respectively.
