They talk about how to understand the artist and work with them to identify their goals and create their personal definition of success. Some artists may focus on touring, or on certain locations. Some may be aiming for record sales, or number of streams, or followers on social media. No matter what, our experts agree that every artist will (and should) have a different approach, built around an understanding of their personal goals and definition of success.
