They have to make it rng based because if they made accuracy vs resistance the same way they do speed vs speed matches would last forever and to could build truly op defensive resistance champs.

@handolo4535 if plarium made it where if you had more res than the opponents champs acc, even by 1 like speed, then players would have to make serious choices about how to build champs. The way it is now champs like Shu Zhen, Armanz, Odin can get away with 400-500 acc and have 400+ speed. I have several champs that have 800 to 900+ res and they get CC'd so often they might as well not have any resist. Accuracy is already way too powerful.

Since He-Man has so much HP, he might not benefit as good as Arnong.. so I'd put it on the Dwarf

I would probably put it on whoever you use more. Arnon is more of a go second champ vs he-man as a go first.
