DethKarz Gameplay PC 4K Ultra Settings 60FPS NGlide

With a name like DethKarz, I was expecting a terrible game, but I was wrong...
This game surprised me a lot. It has good graphics for the time it was released and looks nice in 4K for an old game. The gameplay is its strong point though. I was expecting awful handling, but the cars are actually great fun to drive. There is definitely a level of skill involved and depending on the car you choose, it can be grippy or like to drift. Paired with the fast paced action and weapons, as well as the fact that you can fall off the sides of the track, this was definitely a great alternative to games like Wipeout or Rollcage at the time. Personally, I feel it is slightly better than the first Wipeout and Rollcage. Definitely exceeds expectations and gets a recommendation for people who like weapons based racing games. Available on GoG or Steam and comes with NGlide ready for modern GPU's, high resolution and high frefresh rates.

The futuristic wipeout style look does age well for sure

I couldn't setup 16:9 aspect ratio with nglide. Can u help me with your configuration?

@zyklon84 The aspect is based on the resolution you select I believe and even then sometimes the menu isn't wide-screen in older games, only gameplay.

@@djpquickplays1244 But I see that you have a 16:9 aspect ratio. If I set nglide to 1920x1080, the game still runs in 4:3 aspect ratio :/

@zyklon84 That's strange. Check if the game has a config file or something in settings. It's been so long since I played it I completely forgot how I did it. Also check out pcgamingwiki on this game, see if they have any useful information. Good luck, I know you can get it running perfectly, I vaguely remember having the exact same issue, but mine was only with the menu, not gameplay.
