Vestiare Collective has very disappointing practices. I bought something and I heard nothing for 3 weeks. They said they give sellers 1 month! Yes ONE month for the seller to dispatch the item. The item never arrived of course and they force you to pay delivery fees of £6-7 per month! So after 1 month of frustration they refunded the cost of the item but NOT the postage fee! I definitely won't be buying off Vestiare collective. I'm still smarting from the experience. I'm happy for Vestiare to refund my money in full if they care to!

Lifeplasty - I'm yet to receive a response from VC on their Balmain blazer I ordered which doesn't look right and didn't come with proof of purchase as promised. It's taken 20 Emails and numerous calls and they say it that it's private and they won't disclose how they authenticate- surely the very basis upon which we use their service!!! I'm very upset and frustrated. Hope you have better luck.

Hi Claire ❤ as your moto is basically quality over quantity, when it comes to casual days, do you wear like normal plain white T and a pair of jeans? And if you do, have you invested in high-end tshirts and jeans as well like Acne Studios tshirts or do you simply not wear that type of clothing?? Cos I'd like to see a video on you talking about more basic clothing but the high-end type if you purchase those types of clothing?? Or is that too much of a rubbish idea??🙈 cos I'm trying to start my wardrobe from scratch in the same idea as you with getting quality in there but wanted to bring it back basics and getting good clothing rather than the cheaper option?!? I hope you understand where I'm coming from?? I just wanted advice on where to go for basic clothing before I move on to the statement pieces?! Even down to gloves, do I invest in a cashmere pair or get crappy ones? Do I invest in quality pyjamas or stick to Primark ones? Basically, what do I invest my money into when it comes to normal clothing? What shall I splurge on and what should I not care about where I get them from? +D. B. At the start I did say this is not a full on wardrobe detox, this is me testing out VC for selling and how I chose to pick out my shoes to sell. I also shared all my tips on my thought process, what do I ask my self when I pick items to sell. Yes I could have stood by my shoes whilst saying this but then it would be too similar to my wardrobe video. I did say I will be back doing another kind of cleansing for my wardrobe because I am doing it in stages and in different ways. The way I see it is it's a lot more helpful to explain why I shop and sell on vestiaire, explaining how it all works and why they are trust worthy; I went off the back of questions I've been asked before. Therefore I know this video helped all the loyal followers who email me about VC. I don't do the same thing when I decide to "cleanse my wardrobe". The only thing I could have changed going by your comment is changing the thumbnail title which I may do. To me this is how I cleanse my wardrobe every now and then. This wasn't a major "right I'm clearing out every part of my wardrobe." Thanks for the constructive criticism and maybe I will change the title but for me this was how I cleanse my wardrobe.
