Phuket Detox, Phi Phi Islands & back to UK!

The final video in my 3-part Thailand series! After Pascal headed back to Cyprus, I flew down to Phuket for a 5-day juice fast detox retreat. While the detox was a struggle at times, I left feeling amazing! To wrap up my Thailand adventure, I visited the stunning Phi Phi Islands, went snorkeling, and explored the iconic location where The Beach was filmed. On my last night, I enjoyed a vibrant cabaret show in Patong before flying back to the UK to reunite with my van and return to VanLife. What a journey it's been!

Beautiful Phi Phi islands, been there a few times, had a hellish boat ride back once in a massive storm. I use to live in Thailand for years in the past, mainly on Koh Samui island. Might move back there one day when my daughter is older. X

Well that looked unnecessarily healthy 😅 did you feel good once the salad kicked in, it’s hard not to be rebellious the older you get…living in a society with so many dos and don’ts. I went on an ayahuasca & yoga retreat in Peru back on 2019 & we did a hot lemon grass detox called a vomitivo which was soooo unpleasant and totally lived up to its name….cant even stomach the smell of lemon grass still. Hope you’re feeling blessed & grateful for such an amazing trip?

@ hi ya, the vomitivo was like drinking all your shakes you had on your entire retreat in 10 minutes. Think we fasted for the day before. The pain you feel in your sternum is unreal & pushing through the feeling of not being able to even take another sip but have to continue to gulp it down is intense before you ‘vomitivo’. It was a detox before the first of the ayahuasca ceremonies so more a means to an end. The overall experience was very transformative health wise. My gut was supercharged for quite a while afterwards 👏🏼

Yes it was closed for 3 years due to the level of pollution from boats and sun cream. It’s only been open for a short while and they are trying to preserve it. It became very popular because of the film
