I'm pretty sure this is the Wards at Michigan and Schaeffer. The one at Grand River and Greenfield does not have that clock in the corner of the building, and when you see the surrounding area you don't see all the other stores that were at the GR/Greenfield location. Still a nice piece of history.

@@historicusjoe121 You can tell for sure once they get to the other side of the road where that old building is, just past 30 seconds in. That's where Federal's would be if it were GR/Greenfield.
