I was comfortable until the Gibbs fumble. That felt like a huge turning point in the game because we were about to go up 19-0 or 23-0 at halftime. They definitely gained a lot of confidence in a comeback attempt after that.

With all of the injuries that happened this game, it shows you how good our team is. The Bears only had two inactive players to start the game, so they were basically full strength to begin the game and they definitely stopped us in the red zone a few times. But we did what we had to do to win this game.

I was nervous coming into the game. The Bears play us and things always get weird. At 16-0 I was still nervous. We could never put the game away. BUT the most nervous I got was when Jamo drew the unsportsmanlike flag. I knew that was the turning point.

I have to say something about Jamo. One of the vets, coaches, or anyone else needs to sit him down and give him some tough love about the decisions he's been making. He's young and still has a ton of growing up to do. He still hasn't quite grasped the true meaning of what it means to be a professional athlete. First, it was the gambling suspension. Then, it was the PED suspension. Then, it was the firearm incident. Today, it's a terribly timed taunting penalty that damn near cost us a victory. I understand that his specific incident couldn't cost the whole game, but it couldn't have been at a worse time. Someone just needs to get him to understand that his actions can, and will, affect the team. I want nothing more than him and the Lions to put it all together and bring home the Lombardi this year. #ONEPRIDE

I’m a fan of his and yes he’s got to get mentally tougher. If you get a chance to rewatch you can see they baited him for awhile to get that. Patrick I believe saved him from the same call earlier as he got an away with basically throwing a punch during a run play. A bears WR had been getting in his head for most of the second half. He’s got to learn to tune that out and play.

The Gibbs turn over, and the missed field goal made this tough. And yeah, there were a ton of other things that went wrong. The injuries, Jamo not growing up still, penalties, etc... Gibbs got hit a way that he wasn't expecting, but just some better ball security would help. It happened to Montgomery 1 game similar to this one too and it hasn't happened again. I believe they'll clean some mistakes up but the injuries are the real enemy, honestly.

What annoyed me all 1st half was the announcers talking about how great our stats dominated. It's like "uh, it's a 2-score game, a pick 6 and it could be a 1-score game in a heartbeat".
