Detroit Lions NEW UNIFORMS are TOP TIER

Detroit Lions unveiled their new uniforms and they are top tier. Photos of Jared Goff, Amon Ra St Brown, Hutchinson, Sewell, McNeill and Gibbs showcase the new uniforms. Detroit Lions knocked it out of the park even though I'm not a fan of the black uni's.

Love the new uniforms. The OG blue looks clean and I actually love the black uniforms with the alternate blue helmet and black emblem. I might get flack for this, but of the uniforms we have had I have liked the whites the least. (But I also really like the blue face mask with the whites) Going to miss the greys. Cannot wait for the draft.

I never loved the all grey unis. I did enjoy the throw back helmet from last year. The matte blue helmet with the black unis is growing on me. Even if it's a bit Panther-ish.

The "black", I'm told, is actually dark charcoal. I wanted a big change. I especially wanted new helmets (2023 alternate version) for most games. I'm not a fan of the blue helmet. I've seen some sweet concept helmets, kind of chrome/blue/black that are incredible. Missed opportunity.

It’s best at the 3rd jersey for special occasions. I’m not sold on the blueberry helms with the black lion. However the home jersey is the best uniform. That is the Detroit Lions. That is our history and what will take us to victory.

I am with you on the black not being great, but i dont hate it. I also loved the all grays; don't understand why everyone hated them, even with the throw back helmet last year. I wish they would have kept that helmet with the black uni.

Yeah I loved the gray uniforms. It seems the gray or black uniforms will always be polarizing. I must say - they executed the black uniforms well. As much as I don't like them, they could have been awful

The font for "Detroit" and "Lions" continue the current font, and they match each other. I think usingbthe words as accents to the rest helps tie the new (and best) era of the Lions with the classic looks of Barry Sanders and Chris Spielman. I love the new unis, but the black is my LEAST favorite-- for the very reason stated: Too reminiscent of Carolina. If the Panthers didn't exist, I would be all over the black jersey combo. It's not BAD, but it's not UNIQUE. All in all, I give the new look an 8/10. And I will be grabbing the white jersey soon (because it's the only Lions jersey color I don't currently own). #OnePride

I have never understood the amount of energy and time on friggin uniforms. Really. This is football, not a fashion runway. I understand the owners love the hype so they can sell rediculouy priced jerseys to the fans, but eh do sports journalists care about uniforms. They’re gonna have black uniforms for a game or two. Ooooooo! I care about winning the game. There is nothing wrong with what they have. There was nothing wrong with what they had 10 years ago.
