Would you support the NFL changing seeding of the playoffs? Something like division win only promises a playoff spot , seeding is based on record alone? Wrong. A 16-1 season is nothing to sneeze at. If they lose in the playoffs, it'll be due to their injuries. I've seen promising Lions seasons ruined by injuries, but a ruined season this time will be the worst because they've proven their worth to the entire league. That said, we should have a healthy slate next year. If we can just beat the injury bug, we stand in good position to take it all next year. That said, we had a worse defense last year and nearly went all the way. Our giving up on the run game in the second half against SF and our not kicking at least one FG sunk our chances.

If the Lions play like they did on Thanksgiving they will lose by 10+. The offense is looking tired and a few guys are playing with injuries. Then you beat a severely injured 49ers team and then Miami (who is not great and doesn't know how to play in the snow). Congrats? Oh I'd like to add that the Packers barely edged out the Jags before the Lions game. The Lions beat the Texans despite 5 INT, destroyed the Jags (how'd you do again?) And beat down the Colts, followed by the CHI game (which was dominated in 3 quarters by the Lions). They still beat CHI by more than the Packers did. Soooo.
